Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery

The following USPS shipping methods are available, First-Class Mail (4 - 6 business days), Priority Mail (3 - 5 business days) and Priority Mail Express (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy​​

If your purchase at Vanyxel.com does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, it must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item by mail. Simply contact us by email at vanyxel@yahoo.com and we will issue a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions to return your item(s).

Refunds:

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued to the same debit/credit card originally used for purchase.​

Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our return process and then place a new order.
